Magic for all ages
Here at the North Pole, age is just a number. Trust me... up here at the North Pole, we have elves older than your great-grandma Louise. Celebrate baby's first Christmas, Grandpa's 80th holiday season, and all those in between with a letter from Mrs. Claus at the North Pole Behavior Department.

Reserve Your Letter
Spots are limited and fill up quickly each year. Letters are reserved with Venmo payments made to @JennyintheCity. Each letter is $25 and includes USPS ground mail. It is highly encouraged for families with multiple kiddos to choose the USPS Priority option for an additional $11.90. This ensures all letters arrive together via priority mail.

Answer Questionnaire
Once you have made your reservation and submitted payment via Venmo, you will receive a link to a questionnaire. The more detail you provide, the more Mrs. Claus can personalize each letter. Please be sure to specify whether or not cursive is allowed, as letters are handwritten.
Mrs. Claus Begins Working
Once your letters are reserved, the elves get to work. Envelopes are hand decorated and addressed, as well as filled with a little North Pole sparkle. Mrs. Claus also takes time to craft a handwritten letter based on your submissions, being sure to note the infamous "List."

Enjoy Your Magical Moment
As soon as letters are sent off via USPS, you will receive a confirmation email. Share and post your magical moment on Instagram with the hashtag #thedeskofmrsclaus or share on our Facebook page. Know your magical letter also goes GOLD as 10% of each letter is donated to Sammy's Superheroes.
2025 Reservations & Payments
This season, please use your phones to scan the QR Code on the right to submit your payment via Venmo. If Venmo is not on your list of "Apps to Learn in 2025," feel free to shoot me a note at thedeskofmrsclausofficial@gmail.com to discuss alternative options.

Note: Zelle and Paypal are available payment options upon request.

Every Letter goes gold
Over the past few years, this passion project has raised over $15,000 dollars for Childhood Cancer Research. In keeping the tradition alive, for each letter purchased in 2025, 10% of the profits will be donated back to the Sammy Superheroes Foundation. The mission of Sammy's Superheroes Foundation is to raise awareness and fund live-saving research for all types of childhood cancer.
